WHAT IS A PYSCHOTHERAPIST?
As a Psychotherapist, I will work with issues that you may be experiencing, such as inner conflicts, problems with your relationships, stress/stress management, anxiety and depression. We will work together to help in overcoming these issues and in working towards personal behavioral changes. First we will work in allowing the client to understand, that change is a ” choice” and that change must come only by the client’s own will to change and in taking the first step towards making those changes. By taking the first step, we will begin towards learning new coping skills, working together in knowing yourself and in knowing what you truly desire and want in your future. Remember in life there are no guarantees, but if you choose to work together , in a safe and supportive therapist- client relationship, we can work towards breaking down walls of false beliefs and head down a new path to help you achieve your desired personal goals that you have always wanted.
WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
In life we all run into life struggles with feeling stuck personally, feeling stuck in your career and in your personal relationships. At times all we need is some guidance and someone to listen to our struggles. As a Life Coach, we will work together to look at the issues at hand that may be blocking you, we will set goals and guide you in making changes in your life that will bring you closer to the life and happiness you always desired and deserved. Although in life we all know there are never guarantees, but ask yourself, how do you truly know unless you take the first step towards making that change?
